Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, without visible signs of use.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Colour and material tolerances
Actual colours may differ slightly from how they appear in photographs or on screens due to differences in lighting, screen settings or production batches. Such minor differences fall within normal product tolerances and do not entitle you to a free exchange or refund.

Only demonstrable manufacturing defects or deviations beyond reasonable expectations may qualify for a return or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. New orders are not shipped free of charge unless otherwise agreed.

European Union statutory 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please contact us at locktowel@asionl.nl if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.

Items in rejected returns will not be accepted or reimbursed.
